In this article, we will explain you more about how you can add new tax so that you can associate/assign that tax to an item while adding that item in an invoice.
ℹ️
- A Primary Tax is applied on item price.
- A Compound Tax is calculated on top of the primary tax.
iOS #
- Tap on ☰ to open side menu.
- Tap on Taxes under Settings.
- Tap on ➕ located at the top.
- Tap on Add Tax.
- Enter Title, Value and select Type as per your choice between Primary and Compound.
- Tap on [icon name=”floppy-o” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] Save.
Android #

- Tap on ☰ located at top left corner to open side menu.
- Tap on Taxes.
- Tap on ➕ located at the top.
- Tap on Add Tax (primary/Compound)
- Enter Title, Value and select Type as per your choice between Primary and Compound.

- From side menu click on [icon name=”calculator” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] Taxes.
- Click on ➕ Add Tax.
- Enter Tax Title , Tax Value and select Tax Type (Primary Tax or compound Tax).
- Click on [icon name=”floppy-o” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] Save.
