In this article, we will explain you more about how you can change PDF Headers and how it affects entire application.
Information
This feature lets you rename the PDF Headers located at the upper right of PDF. e.g. Bill, Quote, Service Order etc. It also changes the respective display name across the entire application.
iOS and Android
Not accessible on iOS and Android app
Please use Web or Mac app to make PDF Header changes.
Web and Mac
- From side menu bar click on Settings -> Customization -> PDF Customization.
- In PDF Customization from side menu click on Header -> PDF Headers Edit Button.
- A popup will open to the right hand side.
- Enter the Text / Header Names that you want for Invoices, Estimates, and Purchase Orders. For Example Invoices – Tax Invoice, Estimates – Quote, Purchase Orders – P.O, Credit Note – Credit Memo.
- After entering the text click on right/check button.
- Click on respective tabs of different documents (Invoice, Estimate, Purchase Order, Credit Note) to edit the header text.
- After making the changes click on Red coloured Save button located at the top next to back arrow button.
- Now you will see that Invoice, Estimate, and Purchase Order Header Names will get replaced by the names that you have given. Replaced Header Names will get reflected all over the application including PDF.
