In this article, we will explain you more about how you can Email invoice PDF to the client, Download, Preview and Print invoice PDF.
ℹ️ The steps mentioned below for Emailing, Downloading, previewing and printing are similar to Estimate, Purchase Order, and Credit Note.
iOS #
- Tap on ☰ to open the side menu.
- Tap on 📂 Invoice.
- To Edit tap on the Invoice that you want to Edit/Open.
- An Options dialog will open in that tap on ✏️ Edit
- Tap on ✉️
- To send email tap on Email.
- To print pdf tap on Print. Tap on Select printer and then select the AirPrinter to use.
- To send the PDF via different file sharing applications tap on More..
- If you tap on [icon name=”download” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] you can view that invoice in Downloads Folder. [icon name=”download” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] Downloads Folder is available in side menu.
- You can preview PDF by tapping on [icon name=”file-pdf-o” class=”” unprefixed_class=””].
🚨 While sending an invoice via email If you receive this kind of message like Please setup your mail account to use email feature then it seems that you have not setup email account in your mail app. For more information on how to setup an email account on your mail app click here
Android #
- Tap on ☰ to open the side menu.
- Tap on 📂 Invoice.
- To send an Invoice via email tap on the Invoice.
- Tap on ✉️ Send Email | Mark as Sent
- Enter an Email id in To (email id to whom you are sending) field if it is empty. Change the Subject, Message if you want. Tap on Send copy to myself checkbox if you want to send this email to yourself (CC). If you don’t want to attach invoice PDF uncheck the Attach the Invoice as pdf checkbox.
- Tap on ✉️ SEND EMAIL button to send email.
- To Edit tap on the Invoice that you want to Edit/Open.
- An Options dialog will open in that tap on ✏️ Edit
- Tap on ✉️ icon located at the top.
- Tap on the [icon name=”envelope” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] Email to send email via professional invoicing.
- To print pdf tap on [icon name=”print” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] Print. Select the cloud printer to use.
- To send the PDF via different file-sharing softwares like Gmail, Bluetooth, Save to Drive, Email etc. tap on [icon name=”ellipsis-h” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] More.
- If you have sent the invoice via gmail or any file sharing softwares, then when you come back to professional invoicing app there will be a popup open named Email Send Confirmation. If you have shared the Invoice then tap on Yes this will change the email status to sent.
- Tap on [icon name=”ellipsis-v” class=”” unprefixed_class=””]. If you tap on Download you can view that invoice in Downloads Folder. [icon name=”download” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] Downloads Folder is available on side menu.
- You can preview PDF by tapping on [icon name=”file-pdf-o” class=”” unprefixed_class=””].
- You can also send Email by Tapping on the button located above Reference #

Web and Mac #
- Click on 📁 Folders from side menu.
- Click on 📂 All Folders / 📂 Invoice.
- Click on ☰ button of the Invoice.
- Click on ✉️ Send Email | Mark as Sent to send Invoice PDF via email.
- Click on ✏️ Edit to Edit/Open the Invoice.
- Click on ✉️ to send invoice via email to client (Customer | Supplier)
- Click on [icon name=”download” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] to download Invoice PDF to your computer.
- Click on [icon name=”print” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] button -> Print button to print the document.
- Click on [icon name=”file-pdf-o” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] to preview Invoice PDF.
- In PDF preview there is a printer icon at the top click on it for printing the PDF.
