In this article, we will explain you more about how to reset your account password if you have forgotten your account password.

iOS and Android

There is no option to reset your password on iOS and Android you need to reset your password via Professional Invoicing website using web browser available on PC or Mobile or from mac app.

Web and Mac

  • Go to Login page.
  • Click on Forgot your password?
  • Enter your Email.
  • Click on Submit.
  • An Email containing the link to re-set the password will be sent to your email address. Click on that link.
  • Enter the password of your choice in new password named field.
  • Re-enter the same password in Confirm New Password named field.
  • Click on Change.
  • Now Login to your account using new password.
