Generate, View & Download Reports

Reports give you powerful insights into how your business is doing and offers you quick and easy access to your most important data.

iOS

Not available

Reports are not accessible from iOS app. You need to use web or mac app.

Android

Cannot Download Reports

From android app you cannot download reports. You can only generate and view them. To download the reports please use the website or Mac app.

  • From side menu bar tap on Reports 

Sales All

  • Tap on Sales All
  • Tap on Date range picker
  • Select the date range of your choice (E.g This Month) 
  • Select the Payment status of your choice (Paid, Unpaid, P.Paid, Error). By default All Statuses is set/selected.
  • Tap on Generate Report.
  • If you want to generate another report then tap on the

Sales by Customer

You can view Sales by Customer reports in the same way as Sales All (as shown above).

Web and Mac

  • From side menu bar click on Reports

Sales All

  • Click on the Date range picker
  • Select the date range of your choice (E.g This Month) 
  • Select the Payment status of your choice (Paid, Unpaid, P.Paid, Error). By default All Statuses is set/selected.
  • If you have Invoices with multiple currencies then select a currency.
  • Click on Generate Report.
  • Invoice # represents Invoice Number. If you click on an Invoice Number that Invoice will open.
  • If you click on a client’s name you will get navigated to his client’s Folders.
  • If you don’t want Legends to be shown just uncheck the Show Legends checkbox.
  • If you want to print click on Print button.
  • You can Download the generated report by clicking on button.
  • You can download the generated report in three formats pdf, xlsx and csv. If you want to have currency symbol and as per current number formatter (2,3 and 4 decimal places) then click on both check boxes and click on Download As xlsx or csv.  
  • You can sort generated reports in Ascending or Descending order by clicking on column names (Invoice Date, Invoice#, Client, Subtotal,  Tax, Total, Paid Amount, Due Amount).

Sales by Customer, item and Tax Summery

You can view Sales by Customer, Item and Tax Summery reports in the same way as Sales All (as shown above).
