In this article, we will explain you more about how you can change number formatter and how it affects the entire application in case of calculations.
ℹ️ This feature helps you to format the numbers across the application and the PDF. You can choose the decimal precision as well as set the thousand and decimal symbols of your choosing.
iOS and Android #
⚠️ Currently, you cannot change number formatter from iOS and android apps. We will be adding it in upcoming app updates.
Web and Mac #
ℹ️ There are two ways from where you can change Number Formatter:
1. From PDF Customization
2. From Preferences
From PDF Customization #
- From side menu bar click on [icon name=”cogs” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] Settings -> [icon name=”cog” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] Customization -> PDF Customization.
- Click on [icon name=”ellipsis-h” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] Others.
- Click on [icon name=”superscript” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] Number Formatter.
- Select Decimal Places, Enter Decimal Symbol and Thousand Symbol of your choice.
- Click on red coloured Save button located at the top next to back arrow button.
From Preferences #
- From side menu click on Settings -> Customization -> Preferences
- Click on Number Formatter under Other Preferences.
- Select Decimal Places, Enter Decimal Symbol and Thousand Symbol of your choice.
- Click on Save.
