Mark as Sent

In this article we will explain you more about how you can change the email status to sent without actually sending email from professional invoicing.

This feature does not send email to your client. It will only change the email status of the document to sent.

iOS and Android

  • Open an Invoice/document
  • Tap on Send On: or option available at the top.
  • Tap on Send Email | Mark as Sent option
  • A popup will open. Tap on Mark as Sent named Tab.
  • Tap on Mark as Sent button.
  • Email status will change to sent.
  • ¬†You can also do this from invoice folder just by tapping on any invoice and then tapping on Send Email | Mark as Sent

Web and Mac

  • Open an Invoice/document
  • Click on Send On: – button available at the top.
  • Click on Mark as Sent named Tab.
  • Tap on Mark as Sent button.
  • Email status will change to sent.
