Capture Client (Customer | Supplier) Signature

Client (Customer | Supplier) can capture Signatures via different methods such as by Drawing, Typing, uploading a signature image from mobile/computer, and capturing signature image from mobile camera. Now let’s understand how to perform these methods in depth.

The steps mentioned below for Capturing Client Signature are similar to Estimate, Purchase Order and Credit Note.

iOS and Android

  • Open an Invoice/document.
  • Scroll down, if you are not able to view signature section then tap on preferences button available at the top.
  • Tap on Capture Signature.
  • Tap on Sign Pad if you want to draw signature.
  • Draw signature.
  • Tap  Save. For iOS tap on Done.
  • Tap on Browse if you want to upload an image of client signature via mobile camera or Mobile Storage.
  • Tap on Take Photo if you want to capture signature via mobile camera.
  • Tap on Choose from Library to upload signature image from your mobile storage.
  • Tap  Save after uploading.

Web and Mac

  • Click on  Folders from side menu.
  • Click on  All Folders / Invoice.
  • Click on  button of the Invoice.
  • Click on Edit to Edit/Open the Invoice.
  • Scroll down the page. If you are not able to view Signatures section or client signature then then you need to enable it.
  • For enabling Client Signature, click on preferences button available at the top.
  • Click on Signatures -> Click on Yes of Do you need Client Signature?
  • Click on Save.
  • Now scroll down the page you will see signature section.
  • Click on button of client signature.
  • You can Capture Client’s Signature by typing/drawing Signature or by uploading the signature image from Computer.
