Add Item to an Invoice

In this article, we will explain you more about how you can add a product as an item to an invoice.

iOS #

• Tap on ☰ to open the side menu.
• Tap on 📂 Invoice.
• To open/edit tap on the Invoice.
• Tap on ✏️ Edit.
• For adding an item to an invoice tap on Select a Product to add as item. 
• A popup will open containing a list of saved Products.
• Search or directly select the product from the list which u want to add to invoice as an item.
• Enter Price, Suffix, Quantity, Discount and Tax.
• Tap [icon name=”floppy-o” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] Save. A product will get added as an item to the invoice.

Android #

• Tap on ☰ to open the side menu.
• Tap on 📂 Invoice.
• To open/edit tap on the Invoice.
• Tap on ✏️ Edit
• For adding an item to an invoice tap on Select a Product to add as item. 
• A popup will open containing a list of saved Products.
• Tap on 🔍 to search.
• Search or directly select the product from the list which u want to add to invoice as an item.
• Enter Price, Suffix, Quantity, Discount and Tax.
• Tap [icon name=”floppy-o” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] Save. A product will get added as an item to the invoice.

Web and Mac #

• Click on 📁 Folders from side menu.
• Click on 📂 All Folders / 📂 Invoice.
• Click on ☰ button of the Invoice.
• Click on ✏️ Edit to Edit/Open the Invoice.
• For adding an item to an invoice click on [icon name=”cubes” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] Search to Add as Items. 
• A dropdown will open containing a list of saved items.
• Search or directly select the item from the list which u want to add to invoice.
• Enter Price, Suffix, Quantity, Discount and Tax.
• Click on Save. An item will get added to the invoice.
