The steps mentioned below for rearranging the item order are similar to Estimate, Purchase Order and Credit Note.
iOS

Currently from iOS app you cannot rearrange the order of items in a document. Soon we are going to add this feature.
Android
- Open an Invoice
- Tap on option having vertical line with arrow at both ends of an item and hold it and move your finger either up or down depending on what position you want that item to be.
- Same item order will get reflected on PDF.
Web and Mac
- Open an invoice.
- Click on the button to the left of edit button of an item. Hold the left mouse button and drag the item to the position you want (up or down).
- Same item order will get reflected on PDF.
