In this article, we will explain to you more about how you can set default label text for adjustment and Grand Total.
⚠️ Adjustments helps you to round off the Grand Total. Add any +ve or -ve charges that need to be applied to adjust the Grand Total Eg. +10 or -10.

iOS and Android #
From Preferences #
- From preferences, you can set default label text for Adjustment only.
- From side menu tap on Customization -> Preferences
- Tap on Adjustment.
- Click on Yes.
- Enter the label text that you want for adjustment such as Additional Charges.
- Tap on Save.
- Now create a new document. You will see that label text of Adjustment has been changed. Older documents label text for adjustment will remain as it is.
From Document itself #

Web and Mac #
From PDF Customization
- From Side Menu click on Settings -> Customization -> PDF Customization
- Click on Body -> Calculation Fields
- If Adjustments field’s toggle is in Hide state then click on the Hide toggle to change it to Show.
- Click on ✏️ Edit button of Adjustments
- A popup will open on PDF view. Enter the label text that you want for adjustment such as Additional Charges.
- Click on [icon name=”check” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] button of popup.
- If you want to change the label text for grand total then click on its ✏️ Edit button and change the label text in the same ways as Adjustments
- To save the changes, click on the red colored Save button located at top left side next to [icon name=”arrow-left” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] option.
- Now create a new document. You will see that label text of adjustments and Grand Total has been changed. Older documents label texts will remain as it is.
