Create a New Client (Customer | Supplier) from Invoice

iOS

  • Tap on  to open the side menu.
  • Tap on  Invoice.
  • To Edit tap on the Invoice that you want to Edit/Open.
  • For creating a new client tap on Select a Client.
  • Tap on button.
  • Enter details of the client.
  • Tap on  Save. The new client will be saved.
  • Now you can see that client in the list of saved clients so as to assign it to invoice.

Android

  • Tap on  to open the side menu.
  • Tap on  Invoice.
  • To Edit tap on the Invoice that you want to Edit/Open.
  • For creating a new client tap on Select a Client.
  • A popup containing a list of saved clients will open.
  • Tap on to search.
  • In search field enter the name of new client that you want to create.
  • Tap on Add Client.
  • Enter details of the client.
  • Tap on  Save. The new client will be saved.
  • Now you can see that client in the list of saved clients so as to assign it to invoice.

Web and Mac

  • Click on  Folders.
  • Click on  All Folders Invoice.
  • Click on  of the Invoice.
  • Click on Edit to edit/open the Invoice.
  • For adding a new client click on Add or select a client.
  • A dropdown containing the list of saved client will open.
  • Enter the name of new client that you want to create in search bar.
  • Add New Customer button will appear in the dropdown.
  • Click on Add New Customer.
  • Enter details of the client.
  • Click on Save. The New Client will be saved.
  • Now you can see that client on the list of saved clients so as to assign it to invoice.
