In this article, we will explain you more about how you can add Payment Details. So that it can appear in Invoice/Estimate/Purchase Order/Credit Note PDF.

- From side menu bar click on Settings -> Customization -> PDF Customization
- Click on Body -> Payment Details
- If Payment Text is in Hide state then click on Hide named toggle.
- The page will get scrolled down and the location where you need to enter the Payment Info text will highlight in yellow color.
- Click on that location to edit the Payment Text.
- If it is in Show state then click on Edit button next to Show toggle of Payment Text.
- Enter Payment Text/Info that you want. For example Bank Name, Account No., Payment Mode, etc.
- After entering the Payment Info text click right/tick-mark button.
- You can give different default footer text for each document (Invoice, Estimate, Purchase Order, Credit Note) just by going to there respective tabs and editing there Payment Info text.
- After making all the Payment Info changes click on red coloured Save button available at the top next to back arrow button.
- Now open an Invoice and preview its PDF to see Payment Info.
