In this article we will explain you more about how you can change the email status to sent without actually sending email from professional invoicing.
iOS and Android
- Open an Invoice/document
- Tap on Send On: or option available at the top.
- Tap on Send Email | Mark as Sent option
- A popup will open. Tap on Mark as Sent named Tab.
- Tap on Mark as Sent button.
- Email status will change to sent.
- You can also do this from invoice folder just by tapping on any invoice and then tapping on Send Email | Mark as Sent
Web and Mac
- Open an Invoice/document
- Click on Send On: – button available at the top.
- Click on Mark as Sent named Tab.
- Tap on Mark as Sent button.
- Email status will change to sent.
