In this article, we will explain you more about how you can take Client’s signature (Customer | Supplier) using Unique Secure Public URL.

This feature helps you to generate a Unique Secure Public URL for paticular document. This way your client or colleagues can view the final document for approval. You can also capture live signature with that.
The steps mentioned below for Capturing Client Signature via Unique Secure Public URL are similar to Estimate and Purchase Order.

This feature is not currently available for iOS, Android, and Mac. Soon we are going to add it.
Web
- Open the Invoice.
- Click on button.
- Enter / Set a password of your choice.
- Click on Save.
- Unique Secure Public URL will get generated.
- Share the generated Unique Secure Public URL and Password with your client.
- After Sharing secure public URL with the client, the Client will open that URL in an Internet Browser.
- After opening that URL, the client will be asked enter the shared password for viewing the document (Invoice / Estimate / Purchase Order).
- After logging in the Client will be able to view the document.
- For capturing the signature the Client can Type / Draw the Signature or Upload Signature Image from his Computer.
- The Signature will get uploaded to document.
