Add, Edit, Delete Receipt

In this article, we will explain you more about how you can Add, Edit, and Delete a Receipt in an Invoice.

Information

The steps mentioned below for Adding, Editing, Deleting Receipt are similar to Estimate and Purchase Order.

iOS and Android

  • Tap on  to open the side menu.
  • Tap on  Invoice from side menu bar.
  • To Edit tap on the Invoice that you want to Edit/Open.
  • For Adding a receipt tap Add Receipt.
  • By tapping on Browse you can upload receipt image from your mobile memory or by taking picture from your mobile camera.
  • Enter details of receipt like Date, Amount, Type, Comments.
  • Tap on  Save.
  • The receipt will get added as an item.
  • For editing receipt tap on added receipt.
  • You can only edit date, image, and comments.
  • For deleting receipt long press on receipt.
  • Tap on  appearing on top right corner.
  • In iOS for deleting receipt swipe left on receipt and tap on Delete.

Web

  • Click on  Folders
  • Click on  All Folders / Invoice.
  • Click on  button of the Invoice.
  • Click on Edit to Edit/Open the Invoice.
  • For Adding receipt click on  Add Receipt.
  • Enter details of receipt such as Date, Amount, Type, Comments.
  • Click on Save.
  • The receipt will get added as an item.
  • If you want to edit receipt or add receipt image then click on . You can only edit date, image, and comments.
  • If you want to delete receipt click on .
