- From side menu click on Settings -> Customization -> PDF Customization
- Click on Design -> Font
- You can change the font size as per your choice by clicking on button / dropdown (xx-small, x-small, small, medium, large, x-large, xx-large) under Size column.
- You can enter different sizes (number) for PDF Headers, body, Footer, Company Name as per your choice.
- You can also select different fonts (Courier, Courier Bold, Courier Bold Italic, Courier Italic, Helvetica, Helvetica Bold, Helvetica Bold Italic, Helvetica Italic, Times New Roman, Times New Roman Bold, Times New Roman Bold Italic, Times New Roman Italic) for PDF Headers, Body, Footer, and Company Name as per you choice.
- Whatever font changes you make will get reflected on right hand side immediately.
- Reset Family button resets the fonts to default system fonts family i.e. PDF Headers – Times New Roman Bold, Body – Times New Roman, Footer – Helvetica, Company Name – Times New Roman Bold.
- After making font changes click on red colored Save button located at the top next to back arrow button.
- Now open a document (Invoice, Estimate, Purchase order, Credit Note) and preview its PDF. You would see those font changes reflected on document’s PDF.
