In this article, we will explain you more about how you can add a new item. So that you can add that item in an Invoice / Estimate / Purchase order / Credit Note.
iOS
- Tap on to open the side menu.
- Tap on Products.
- Tap on located at the top next to search.
- Enter all the details of the product.
- Tap on Save.
- The product gets added.
Android
- Tap on located on top left corner to open the side menu.
- Tap on Items.
- Tap on Add Item button or blue coloured button located at the bottom.
- Enter all the details of the Item.
- If you are not able to view Product/Item code(like HSN, SAC code ) field then you need to enable it from Settings -> Customization -> Preferences. Tap on Item code. Tap on yes. Tap on Save.
- After enabling go back to items and while editing or adding an item there you would see Code No. field. You can change Code No. label text to anything you want.
- Tap on the icon of Code No. label text. A popup will open enter any label name that you want like Item Code, HSN code, SAC code, etc.
- Tap on Save of the popup.
- Enter the value of Item code/Product Code.
- Tap on Save.
- Item will get added.
Web and Mac
- Click on Items from side menu.
- Click on Add Item.
- Enter all details of Item.
- If you are not able to view Product/Item code(like HSN, SAC code ) field then you need to enable it from Settings -> Customization -> Preferences -> Click on Item Code -> click on yes -> click on save or PDF Customization -> Body -> Table Column -> Click on Code No. Hide named toggle to change it to Show -> Click on red coloured Save button.
- After enabling go back to items and while editing or adding an item there you would see Code No. field. You can change Code No. label text to anything you want.
- Click on Code No. label text. A popup will open enter any label name that you want like Item Code, HSN code, SAC code, etc.
- Click on Save of popup.
- Enter the value of Item code/Product Code.
- Click on Save.
- Item will get added.
